Dr. Elise Kramer from the Western Contact Lens Institute today and the question is can we correct myopia without surgery? The answer is yes! 

 

We use glasses, we use contact lenses and now we’ve got three techniques that we use to slow down the pression of myopia in kids. That’s low dose atropine. We also use center distance multifocal daily disposable lenses and we also use orthokeratology. All three of those techniques have been shown in several studies to stop and slow down the progression of myopia in kids.
