I received a very thorough eye exam and was educated in detail as to why my eyes were watering with pictures showing the faulty tear glands that was causing me problems. I also received suggestions on products to use to mitigate my eye issues. I am very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Kramer and her staff, she is now my go to Optometrist. Nice, professional, patient. They took time step by step taught my daughter what to do. They charged very reasonable price compared to the previous practice we went to. All the people here are very very nice, the moment we walked in the office, we felt welcomed. Cannot say too much good things about this office, I already told my friend to bring her kids here in case she needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Kramer for 9 years and every time I go I have the best experience. She is very attentive and listens to my concerns. I have keratoconus and she has helped me see crystal clear with scleral lenses. Her staff is also very professional and kind. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the front door. I have recommended Weston Contact Lens Institute to friends and family and always will.

Dr Kramer was fantastic, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I wear gas permeable lens and have a hard time finding a doctor who is knowledgeable about my eye condition and lens. The staff was so friendly and the appointment was very thorough. She was able to identify some issues I’ve been having over the past few months and I feel confident her recommendations will rectify my issue.

Staff was very warm and welcoming as a first time patient. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the different technology and what to expect. My visit with Dr. Kramer was spot on and she was able to quickly come up with a plan to fine tune my scleral lens. Finally found someone who address not only the lens but also filling solution and dry eyes.

I googled my nearest optometrist and call them immediately because they already had good ratings. It was so easy to schedule an appointment even offered a same-day appointment. I couldn’t make it but accommodated me on a Saturday which I think is very beneficial for those who work I could tell the office staff is very pleasant and professional.
